LeadStore.ai is a marketing and referral company. It does not directly provide construction, repair, cleaning, flooring, concrete, hauling, rental, maintenance, or other contractor services.

Independent providers

Service providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of LeadStore.ai. Each provider is solely responsible for its licenses, insurance, permits, qualifications, employees, subcontractors, safety, pricing, estimates, contracts, warranties, taxes, legal compliance, and work performance.

No endorsement or guarantee

An application review, campaign match, pilot invitation, or referral does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any contractor, customer, project, lead, service, result, or transaction. Customers and contractors must perform their own evaluation and due diligence.

No lead or revenue guarantee

Lead volume, contactability, customer responsiveness, appointment rates, estimates, sales, completed jobs, revenue, profitability, and exclusivity are not guaranteed. Results vary by market, service, territory, pricing, demand, seasonality, competition, response time, and other factors.

Project verification

Contractors must independently verify customer identity, project location, scope, dimensions, timing, property access, decision-making authority, payment ability, site conditions, code requirements, permits, hazards, and all other facts before relying on a request or beginning work.

Written program terms

Any paid lead-delivery relationship, territory, exclusivity, qualification standard, duplicate window, dispute process, pricing, invoicing, or cancellation right must be documented in a separate written agreement. Website statements do not replace that agreement.
